First Visit: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
Consultations: We proudly offer complimentary 1st time consultations to meet with our clinician or estheticians to discuss your overall treatment plan. Consultation fee with Dr. Han is $100 for a 30 minute session.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment, please notify our office within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for non cancellation or no show of appointments.
Confirmation Calls: As a courtesy, we make every effort to call, text, or email to confirm all appointments in advance; however, you are responsible for your scheduled appointment time.
Deposits: A Credit Card hold of $50 is required by new Patients to book an appointment. This fee will only be charged for non cancelled and no-shows appointments.
Late Policy: Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled. While we will try our best to accommodate you, it may be necessary to cancel part of your scheduled treatment as a courtesy to the next client's appointment. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Return Policy: Our skin care products are pharmaceutical/medical grade and have been intrinsically chosen by us. We will gladly exchange or refund products that are defective or that may cause an allergic reaction remaining at ¾ full within 30 days from date of purchase.
